Focus, without the friction.
Havee is built around one idea: removing temptation should be effortless. Three steps. No menus. No guilt.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Havee is intentionally simple. The fewer decisions you have to make, the easier it is to stay present.
Block any app or site
Choose individual apps, entire categories, or websites. Your block list, your rules.
NFC tap trigger
Place a Havee passcard on your desk. One tap starts a session. Tap again to end it. No fumbling through menus.
Save presets
Name and save your most-used block lists. Load "Deep Work" or "Evening Mode" in a single tap.
Automation rules
Block apps on a schedule or after a daily usage limit. Set it once and let Havee handle it.
No shame, no judgment
No red timers, no guilt trips, no streaks to break. Havee quietly removes the temptation and moves on.
Easy to stop
Every session ends when you say so. Tap your passcard again. No penalties, no cool-down periods.

Quiet starts with one tap.

How does Havee work?
Select the apps, categories, or websites you want to block, then tap your NFC passcard. Havee shields them using Apple's Screen Time API — the same system your iPhone uses for parental controls. Tap the passcard again to end the session.
Do blocked apps disappear?
No. They're still on your phone. When you open one, a shield screen appears letting you know it's blocked. The icon stays visible so you don't feel like something is missing — just unavailable for now.
Do I need an NFC passcard?
Not to get started. You can begin sessions with a button tap inside the app. NFC makes it frictionless — a physical object you place on your desk, nightstand, or car dashboard that triggers a session without even unlocking your phone.
Can I end a session early?
Yes, any time. Havee respects your autonomy — it removes friction to start focusing, not your ability to choose. Tap your passcard again or open the app and tap Stop.
Does this work with all iPhones?
Havee requires iOS 18. NFC tap-to-start works on iPhone 7 and later. All modern iPhones are fully supported.
Is my data private?
Havee doesn't know which apps you use or block. All blocking happens on-device via Apple's Screen Time APIs. No usage data leaves your phone.
What about Screen Time passcodes?
Havee uses Family Controls — a separate Apple API that doesn't require or interact with your Screen Time passcode. No parental control setup needed.
